His productions explore the extent to which technologies remain rooted in the physical realm despite the advent of dematerialization and the disconnect between Craftsmanship and Industrial Production.
Challenging the consensus on AI and Automation, Tapp’s work is often collaborative or community-based, ranging from musical scores to machine-like instruments, web-enabled artworks, and performances.
